What Is Feel Change Build?
Feel Change Build (FCB) is a three-phase transformation framework that addresses the root causes of being stuck: unprocessed emotions and protective thought patterns that no longer serve you.
The framework consists of three integrated phases:
FEEL: Process emotions through your body using the 90-Second Dual Awareness Method, based on Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s research showing emotions are 90-second biochemical responses.
CHANGE: Transform protective thought patterns (like “I should handle everything myself.” or “I’m not good enough.”) into expansive alternatives using bilateral stimulation and metacognitive awareness.
BUILD: Create authentic work, relationships, and life from the foundation of clear emotions and aligned thoughts, rather than from fear, obligation, or other people’s expectations.

How Does Feel Change Build Work?
The Three-Phase Process
Phase 1: FEEL – Emotional Processing
Women learn to process emotions in 90 seconds using dual awareness: placing 50% attention on the physical sensation of the emotion and 50% on a neutral anchor (like hand placement on heart and belly). This allows the emotion’s biochemical cycle to complete without overwhelm or suppression.
The scientific foundation comes from Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s neuroanatomical research demonstrating that emotions are 90-second chemical responses in the body. When felt fully without resistance, they complete and release.
Phase 2: CHANGE – Thought Pattern Transformation
After processing underlying emotions, women identify protective thought patterns—recurring beliefs developed to keep them safe but now limiting growth. Common patterns include:
- “I should handle everything myself” (hyper-independent pattern)
- “If I’m not perfect, I have no value” (perfectionist pattern)
